Doctors- gave me ward of trust that he will request urgent MRI for spine and pelvis on Sunday. Turned out he didn't even request.
Nurse-in-charge- not cooperative extremely rude, has a lot of ego (refused to call MRU to check if I was on the MRI system).
Suggested improvements
Doctor- respect patient and doctor trust. If its urgent do the paper work (maybe if doctors had electronic devices to insert urgent requests/information the process would be faster a lot last in trouble.
(nurse in charge- be more proactive, don't create a false boundary between wards/ departments).

Cosmos was proactive - walked to MRI to check with my MRI request was not in the system. He ensured he cared for me and do his job as a nurse really well.

Recruit more nurses who are proactive/train than to be more compassion and responsive.c

All nursing staff did there best to look after me and made sure my needs were met. A big thank you to blessing and Karim who went that extra mile to make sure I was well looked after.

Hana who is suppose to be a senior nurse in charge needs to learn to listen to patients and do more of a professional job As heard nurse she should be settling an example and not putting peoples care on the back foot.
