I had to queue twice.
I have waited 6 hours in the main A&E and then was sent to another service where I have to take the same blood tests.
Suggested improvements
More doctors to decrease the waiting time.

The staff although very busy kept me informed of what was happening.
Suggested improvements
Obviously they are stretched to the point of exhaustion. The doctors and nurses were very professional at all times. But they need more staff.

I feel the nurse and doctors have tried there hardest to give everyone the best care, when getting my blood test and pressure the nurses (Tay and Doreen) Made me feel at ease.
Suggested improvements
Reception could be a bit more friendly, (not the main, the one through the white doors).
