Everyone very kind and caring. The day after anesthetic I was crying and ward nurse brought me chocolate. Such a thoughtful gesture and remembered.

I came as a nervous, stressed person but Dhang was so supportive and explained everything so well. Self catheterization was much easier than expected but that was because Dhang Huda was just brilliant.

Sometimes a difficulty with medications between 2x daily after a meal and pain medication normal procedure caused a difficulty. Have internal pouch and rheumatoid arthritis 1st time I have been discharged since husband's death in 2021.
Suggested improvements
Discharge and ready for discharge to new location and ambulance stored home address to new home address need to check and up date. Wanting to help family re discharge who have their own health problems.
