It actually was not the emergency and accident department. It was the DVT clinic. Othet than the ward sistet thinking she coukd treatment me lije a kid. However i informed her firmly but politely that she most certainly couldn't. I would like to inform you that the ward clerk was absolutely amazing though!

All people in the nursing was very kind and helpful, but the first person who did my initial check was so rude, blaming me of being acting my sickness when I felt like I was fainting, hading hard cramps in my arms

I think the people in the first check should worries more about that signs of sickness and be ready to take action . I couldn’t even walk and the lady couldn’t give me a wheelchair, she couldn’t help me properly

Everyone was very kind and explained what they were doing. The paramedic Nathan was very nice and explained what he was doing and what was going to happen. The ambulance crew were very nice too. Nothing was too much trouble. The hospital staff were very nice and I was informed what they were doing. Taking bloods etc and ECGs. The A&E has been upgraded since I was there about 4 years ago. It is bright, clean and more modern with more space and more privacy. Thank everybody for looking after me.

It would be good if you could shorten the waiting time.

I was giving timely attention and care.

As I was suffering from severe back ache and it was difficult to seat better cushioned chairs would have helped a lot. I probably should have got MRI scan and some physiotherapy.

Thank you for the whole team in A&E especially to the first responder paramedic Emma who came and see me promptly at home then take to hospital .

I am still waiting for a referral letter for outpatient chest clinic to arrive hopefully it was sent . I am not sure if the system can improve the timely response and referral to specialists if a patient is discharge home. Would it be possible that they will be seen with a week time ?

Yes they told me but didn’t explain things very well to my family

On discharge I was given the wrong detail 3 x with the incorrect medication. Was not happy with this at all
