Thank you for the whole team in A&E especially to the first responder paramedic Emma who came and see me promptly at home then take to hospital .
Suggested improvements
I am still waiting for a referral letter for outpatient chest clinic to arrive hopefully it was sent . I am not sure if the system can improve the timely response and referral to specialists if a patient is discharge home. Would it be possible that they will be seen with a week time ?

Yes they told me but didn’t explain things very well to my family

On discharge I was given the wrong detail 3 x with the incorrect medication. Was not happy with this at all

The Doctor was excellent, but blood test took very long time to arrive .

Hurried the blood test , 80% of my time was waiting for blood test, Doctors prossed the test in minutes.

The staff is really good but less in number us have 10 wait for long time to be checked.
