Excellent service again never a problem all doctor nurses and staff
Seamless experience. Felt heard during appointment.
Some experiences, we're ok , took a long time but that's ok but 2 hours to administer pain management for someone in extreme pain is outrageous,
If I had a choice I would choose Queens hospital
It was good but I feel it could be better, waiting in corridors was not ideal. Waiting time for doctors was very long.
Very good
I fell unwell with a sickness and diarrhoea bug late Thursday into Friday morning and after passing and vomiting blood about 4am Friday morning I went to hospital at 5:30am. The staff were all great, a few miserable people on the front desks that didn’t obviously want to be there and wasn’t helpful but the nurses and doctors acted quickly when i was still vomiting waiting. I was quickly given an anti-sickness drip and fluid and given a bed on a ward all by 7am which for A&E I personally thought was very efficient.
Everyone treated me with respect, the doctor come around a lot quicker than I was told and was with me by 9am I was discharged by 11:30am after the correct treatments.
Doctor was good in explaining issues and took the time to undertake all tests.
On the whole treated really well, but there was a period of about 3 hours ehere no one was seen from the waiting room - would of been nice yo be checked on. Different people were being told different information - but on the whole people were great.
Overall experience was good but the negative was the time it took to do anything! 4 hours for a scan! Hours and hours wait to see a doctor
Firstly I came in with a letter from the GP with low calcium. Doctors did a blood test But not calcium only full blood. I was then sent over to the main a&e and they did not have any record of bloods take me so took some more.
The doctor was very dismissive and did not look into why I was there just said calcium has rises now. I also said previously after surgery my calcium took a long while to recover and she wrote the opposite in my discharge letter.
