gentleman at reception showed me where to go. log in was easy. reception staff greeted me. audiologist explained all and made sure i was at ease .

I was listened to with patience and not rushed in any way and everything was explained very precisely.

The video goggles were very sore and uncomfortable on the nose, a simple piece of foam or padding around the section that sits on the nose is an absolute must. The Chief Audiologist did apologise and warn me that the goggles are uncomfortable. A bit of padding is all that is needed and it doesn't cost much.

[name removed] insured I understood every bit of the check up and why she was doing it. She let me know what to expect at the next visit and the steps and options available. She then recapped the whole review to ensure I understood everything today and answered any questions that I had (which wasn’t much) as it was explained perfectly. I felt comftable and positive.
