[name removed] the Senior Audiology practitioner was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable at his role and very kind, made sure to communicate clearly and to have his face visible whilst talking to you which is a great technique for working with hearing impaired patients

Due to heavy and unexpected traffic, I was 10 minutes late arriving for my 4pm appointment. I was seen immediately and all personnel were helpful, informative and not in the least patronising. I was treated like a person, not a hospital number.
