[name removed] the specialist nurse is probably the best nurse I've been involved with in the 20+ years of my diabetes. [name removed] is the only one who has tried different ideas which seems to be working for me and I'm more than happy with the way things are going.

The staff were fantastic and I can’t thank them enough.

A few observations include: 1) Room temperature varied greatly and there seemed to be no thermostat control to keep a steady all day temperature 2) scheduled test times were greatly delayed ( CT scan 6 hours later than I was told) keeps patients on edge wondering when they will actually be seen. I know, of course, what immense pressure the system is under and totally empathise the above is meant to be constructive feedback. Thanks you. [name removed]
