I was listened to with patience and not rushed in any way and everything was explained very precisely.

The video goggles were very sore and uncomfortable on the nose, a simple piece of foam or padding around the section that sits on the nose is an absolute must. The Chief Audiologist did apologise and warn me that the goggles are uncomfortable. A bit of padding is all that is needed and it doesn't cost much.

Dizziness, Lightheaded.
