I was well looked after from the moment the security guard walked me to the Ward all the way to him coming to pick me up to bring me back to the entrance hall at the end after around four hours. Everything (the pre-operation preparation/operation/post operation lunch/communication of post operative care) was done efficiently, with care, and to a high standard.

When booking my sons appointment the receptionist was extremely helpful and kind

Fantastic experience, knee surgery felt like a day out at the spa! Highly recommended professional, courteous and couldn't do enough. Faultless in every department.

I have visited KIMS many times over the past 2 years for numerous things. The service and care is always spot on and the hospital itself is more reminiscent of a nice hotel. It has a very calm and friendly vibe, just what you need to lessen the stress of what it is your going there for.

I had cataract surgery at KIMS Hospital Maidstone under the care if Mr Christopher Jenkins. From the outset from my first visit through to surgery all the staff I met were professional and welcoming and I would recommend this hospital.

Great hospital. From the moment i first walked in I knew i was going to receive the best possible care.
Cannot fault anything about the hospital. Will definitely recommend to family and friends if they ever need to use a private hospital.
