I was well looked after from the moment the security guard walked me to the Ward all the way to him coming to pick me up to bring me back to the entrance hall at the end after around four hours. Everything (the pre-operation preparation/operation/post operation lunch/communication of post operative care) was done efficiently, with care, and to a high standard.
