The knee classes were really good for me. I was shown suitable exercises, ones' I felt I should have thought of. The staff were really friendly, very positive and very helpful with everyday issues. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the knee class, the patients and staff were fantastic.
I would come every week if I could.
