As a visitor everyone has been so kind helpfuland with good humour. My Dad has been looked after beautifully as far asI can tell and seems much happier and fitter. Everywhere looks clean ,cheerful and calm. Thank you for your care.

Staff nurses Fran Laws and Bree Daly were understanding, sympathetic and very professional. They put me at ease in an extremely stressful and frightening episode of my life. I would recommend the care on Taylor ward to any of my friends and family!

In general a well organised department considering how busy the ward is. Some little more attention to detail could improve service especially regarding more contact with doctors etc to keep patients informed.
