In these strange times, I felt it more important than ever to feed back. I cant fault, the enthusiasm, Professionalism and just how nice and fun everyone was. My problem was that I would have loved to have seen someone face to face, especially for the 1st appointment and then at the end, just to check that my leg is in the right place, moving properly etc. I did some exercises for 3 weeks, following my initial phone call, the sheets with videos were sent through, however it turned out I was doing them slightly wrong.

As above really, If there was anyway you could have done a face to face initially, to assess the condition of my leg and then later on a final one to check all looking as it should. I do appreciate that this may not have been possible, but it would be more reassuring to all involved. Also the consultant at KGH discharged me 3 weeks before I even heard from the Physio and there didnt seem to be any communications between the departments.

I received 4 phone calls from the Physiotherapist and although I would have preferred face to face visits, she was very helpful and has given me excercises to continue with, so that my condition can be managed. The last 3 questions are not applicable.

I felt very safe here, i feel as though staff respected my wishes and made me feel as comfortable and looked after as possible. My family are content knowing i am here and am safe getting better.

It would be good for patients to be kept in the loop more regarding their discharge. The nurses and other staff on the ward were very good at their jobs and care very much about the patients they are looking after. Is not a bad place, i very much appreciate the care.

I had a phone consultation with Michael Greco this morning, I was concerned about having a phone call about a physical issue I have with my shoulder. I need not have worried Michael took me through a number of exercises to determine his diagnosis. He was very patient with me, I should have told him I'm a bit deaf as he had to repeat a few things but that just shows me how good he was. Throughout the call he explained every thing, I'm not sure I understood some of the medical terms but even so I know where my treatment is going and received a couple of exercise sheets to set me on the right path. I am really pleased with the call and Michael's help
