Did not feel safe because there was no guard and there was only a woman on the desk to help if there was a problem. There was loads of drunks. Its not safe. horrible place to have to sit and wait so long very angry.

The care from nurses etc was very good when they where available. But during my stay we had a number of dementia cases on the ward taking up a lot of the nurses time I have been kept awake 2 nights running first one lady was in my room screaming which was very distressing as I had just had surgery. 2nd night and day a lady was running up and down the corridor screaming.
