The service was caring and knowledgeable.

It does not seem to be connected properly to the distract nurse service, they should be joined together at the sometime.

Your service was very professional thoughtful, kind and considerate. Very caring to the patient and the family each and every step of way. Very infirment to each of us so we knew where we were. And helped us throughout and helped us understand the process.

Calm, welcoming atmosphere, not like a hospital, staff professional and personable.

Cant think of anything beautiful bed, view to the garden. Phone calls to update us- all so appreciated.

I was always kept informed, I knew I could phone at anytime and advise and help was available. I could not have coped without hospice care.

Rachel you were excellent. You guided me through the whole process of my fathers death. Everything fell into place. I really, really appreciate all of your help. You helped to coordinate with the other services behind the scenes. You enabled my father to have a peaceful death at home as he wished. I am no longer afraid of death and hope mine is like his, in time. A huge thank you.
