Rachel you were excellent. You guided me through the whole process of my fathers death. Everything fell into place. I really, really appreciate all of your help. You helped to coordinate with the other services behind the scenes. You enabled my father to have a peaceful death at home as he wished. I am no longer afraid of death and hope mine is like his, in time.
