I had a conversation about my illness with the GP.
Hospice care today have given me time face to face to discuss my fears and questions. I feel very reassured and very happy I have this support.

All the staff and doctors have been extremely/well above the normal care I would of expected and for that I am overwhelmingly grateful.

There is absolutely nothing else the whole team could of done. The doctors are so lovely and caring and kind, listen and take their time with us, I am forever grateful.

My mum was deteriorating fast and in lots of pain and it had not of been for Jackie Greenwa and her excellent care and expertise mum would of been in pain all weekend. Jackie made sure a syringe driver was s et up.
Suggested improvements
The care we received for our dear mum was dealt with, with care and efficiency and nothing could of been done as we had the best care.
