The Sally’s were very courteous to the family on their visits, their compassion when examining Mum was heart warming that such a level of kindness really does exist. The empathy from Sally that was so evident when explaining to the family her professional opinion of how Mum was slowly drifting away was considerate and full of sympathy. Words alone can’t explain our deep down gratitude.

Nothing was evident, but perhaps a review of the printed questionnaire and what is duplicated online needs a slight tweak, questions refer to the patient rather than in our case the family assisting and living the virtual hospice.

The excellent, kind hearted ,empathetic staff who have been taking care of my aunty Zahra Hassan have always worked in a professional way, listening and respecting aunty wishes and the family, they are always there to offer support, the matured respectful approach of the whole team during this difficult time has been very heartwarming Massive appriciation to the wounderful team we as a family appreciate you all

Continue with all the great work and please make sure all the new staff are trained with the high level of care and with all the expertise of the old staff , the love, care, professionalism, pride they have is exceptional Thank you very much

the nurse was very polite, sympathetic to my uncle's condition, very helpful in explaining what the service provides and suggested other opportunities that are available
