The excellent, kind hearted ,empathetic staff who have been taking care of my aunty Zahra Hassan have always worked in a professional way, listening and respecting aunty wishes and the family, they are always there to offer support, the matured respectful approach of the whole team during this difficult time has been very heartwarming Massive appriciation to the wounderful team we as a family appreciate you all

Continue with all the great work and please make sure all the new staff are trained with the high level of care and with all the expertise of the old staff , the love, care, professionalism, pride they have is exceptional
