Everything possible was done to make me comfortabl.
I could not have had better care.
The whole hospital experience I will remember with pride in the kindness and consideration of the staff who worked so hard to make an old lady feel better.
So.....a big thank you to everyone for all you have done.

Although my treatment was day care, I found everyone very pleasant and helpful.
Re waiting time - Over three different treatments; I was seen on time and did not have to wait more than ten minutes for treatment.

My appointment arrived less than a week after my previous visit even though it was several month away.
It was my birthday on the day of my appointment and without being told many of the staff wished me a happy birthday ( very pleasing)

Excellent care from Dr Ian Shaw and his specialist nurses in gastroenterology. Also a word of appreciation for the phlebotomists in the Edward Jenner centre. This is very busy with patients needing blood tests, and sometimes you might have to wait up to 15-20 minutes to be seen. It's not a problem. The staff are exceptionally efficient and cheerful and, on my visit last week (first time in nearly a year) I was recognised and greeted by name. If only the top administrators were as patient-friendly!

The hospital is always clean, the staff are great, always receive appointments on time, overhaul very happy with it.

it was a daunting experience attending with an unwell child but the staff were excellent and very reassuring and calming.
