Excellent care from Dr Ian Shaw and his specialist nurses in gastroenterology. Also a word of appreciation for the phlebotomists in the Edward Jenner centre. This is very busy with patients needing blood tests, and sometimes you might have to wait up to 15-20 minutes to be seen. It's not a problem. The staff are exceptionally efficient and cheerful and, on my visit last week (first time in nearly a year) I was recognised and greeted by name. If only the top administrators were as patient-friendly!
