Everyone went out of their way to help me and answer my questions. the surgery was very clean and I was made to feel relaxed on the day.
- Just one thing. I was told to take a pain killer but it was not explained to me I should only take them for 3 days because they are addictive. Also I was told to do the exercises on the sheet I was given, we rung to ask if I should because it seemed too harsh for the op I just had, I'm glad we asked because we were told no, not to do them. the exercises was to bend my toes round and then up as the pictures described, as said felt this a little harsh as just had the end of my toe cut off a piece taken out and it placed back on. So the after care sheet and the tablet information.

It took me ages to get an appointment
- Yes, at teh reception, teh receptionist did not offer to help me.

The receptionists were very helpful on all of my visits. They went out of their way to make sure I was booked in as requested by Mr Pabari.
- One of the nursing team needs to receive some bedside-manor training as, sadly, she was very heavy handed and complained throughout my entire appointment.

Very pleasant and convenient surroundings. Useful parking underneath the main building made access very easy. Polite organised reception staff. No real wait at all for my appointment.
