Dear Sir, Good morning, I have an assessment appointment for the nail problem of my big toe at 9:10 am 25/02/2022 at Epsom Clinic, Central Surrey Health. I was seen by podiatrist Harry El-Manchy. I have got much more from Harry than an assessment, he has identified the cause of my nail problem, then very professionally treated the problem. He also has treated the corns on my both foot. He is polite, friendly and patience, I am really very grateful with Harry. I strongly recommend he would be the recipient of outstanding performance award or similar if the Health service has. Harry is really exceptionally outstanding, and is the best NHS staff member I met so far, of course, most of NHS staff are good and professional. It is simply impossible to even reach them on a phone, to make an appointment. 8 attempts in the last hour and the phone call is "dropped". So I have to assume there is no care - certainly not the mission statement on your website "Everything we do, we do with CARE"...

I am type 2 diabetic and have my feet 'serviced' regularly. Making the appointment is very easy and the podiatrists are very good and take great care. Recently Cindy used the Doppler to check my blood flow and discovered a irregular heart beat, in consequence I am now on anticoagulant medication. All thanks to Cindy. I do find the waiting area by the podiatry room at Epsom Clinic a bit depressing, dark and with a pile of years out of date magazines.
