Waiting time wasn’t as long as anticipated. Person who saw me understood my problem and organised a blood test. He was very friendly and sympathetic to my problems

Let people know the procedure they will go through before the see a dr. Also speed up registration. The people seemed to spend a lot of their time laughing and joking with each other whilst people were getting frustrated

My appointment was in a timely manner. Not much information about my condition. Just told I’ll be seen next year. It was ophthalmology appointment. The equipment was dirty where other patients had been having their eyes checked. Other wise staff were ok from being called my love several times

Nursing staff and orthopaedic doctor was amazing. Very caring, thorough and listened to my concerns. Explained everything fully. Ensured my pain was under control prior to discharge and ensured I understood everything that was happening.

The staff were amazing but the system is terrible I have cancer and I'm in severe pain and each time I have to go to hospital l have to sit in a and e for several hours at a time in agony waiting for a bed I've requested that I stay at home until a bed is available then I'll come straight in but they say that's not the protocol

Let me stay in my own bed until a bed is available for me at the hospital

From start to finish I was shown patience, kindness and understanding. A clear explanation of the procedure was given to me. The medical and support staff were a credit to their profession.

I don’t believe that anything needs changing.

Every member of staff that I spoke to has been an absolute gem. They made me feel welcome and safe, despite me being nervous about my operation. I have nothing but good things to say about the nursing staff, doctors, anaesthetists, and surgeons at Doncaster Royal. Thank you so much for taking care of me!
