Waiting time wasn’t as long as anticipated.
Person who saw me understood my problem and organised a blood test. He was very friendly and sympathetic to my problems
Suggested improvements
Let people know the procedure they will go through before the see a dr. Also speed up registration. The people seemed to spend a lot of their time laughing and joking with each other whilst people were getting frustrated
