The physiotherapists are always very pleasant and professional
The whole experience.
The assessor, [name removed], made me feel very at ease I explained I have mental health issues he took that into consideration yet didn't make me feel different.
He also showed me my MRI scan and explained it to me where I totally understood it fantastic person and fantastic appointment.
Great professional service.
[name removed] listened to my description of symptoms and possible causes and on that basis was bale to give a likely diagnosis - something I hadn't been properly offerede when I contacted my GP surgery and was "diagnosed" over the phone by a practice Pharmacist. On the basis of the diagnosis [name removed] prescribed some exercises with full explanation in person of what to do and follow up videos via email. This is exactly what I was looking for. I was given realistic expectations of finding the exercises uncomfortable but necessary to prevent the condition of my shoulder worsening. I was very happy with the consultation and after about 10 days of exercise am beginning to see some improvement.
The whole visit went seamlessly. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The assessment was done sensitively and my periods of discomfort was noted. Helpful and informative.
The setting was a little off-putting as it was curtained off and the dialogue in other appointments could be heard.
I asked for hard copies of the exercises so haven't seen the videos. Some of the exercises were adapted to my needs and I found it easy to forget the adaptations.
[name removed] was really good at listening, assessing, and giving positive advice.
Nice
I have no complaints
