Myself and wife had my grandsons that particular day and would like to make a complaint about some of your staff and there incredibly rude and upsetting comments towards 2 well behaved 5year olds. I was shocked and ver disappointed

Questions were asked clearly and simply. Staff friendly and professional.

Cubical was in a shared room divided by curtains. Felt for privacy purposes this was inadequate.
