The physiotherapist l saw was very thorough and explained what my treatment would be very well.

When l arrived there was no receptionist to let me in and l did have to wait 25mins to be seen.

I was seen on time by a physio who was friendly and understanding. She listened to what I thought about my pain and was explained what it could be. When I experienced a difficulty with one of the exercises she was able to suggest something else. The appointment was unhurried and I was able to ask questions
