Linda has always been very helpful and answered any questions I might have about my medication. She has given me a great deal of support and boosted my confidence again after my illness. It's very reassuring to know that, after discharge, I can still contact her if things become difficult again. I have been very encouraged by her visits, and cannot think of anyway that the care plan could be improved.

Dr Read is excellent. Dad was always treated with great care and understanding as were the whole family with the help and support we received we learned so much about dad's condition, we all feel much stronger and able to cope and manage, always and of knowing there is someone at the phone.
