Linda has always been very helpful and answered any questions I might have about my medication. She has given me a great deal of support and boosted my confidence again after my illness. It's very reassuring to know that, after discharge, I can still contact her if things become difficult again. I have been very encouraged by her visits, and cannot think of anyway that the care plan could be improved.
