rang choc, was told would be rang back within the hour, was rang back within 20 mins and was seeing a doctor within the half hour of call.
doctor was brilliant and very caring.
lady on reception desk in cumberland infirmary was very helpful and with a lovely nature.
could fault nothing about my visit.

I was very happy with the treatment my son received today the doctor really stoped me worrng and was very concerning too.

The doctor was very rude and abrupt and clearly wasn't interested to anythin i was telling her or listening.dr rose swan needs some empathy and a better bedside manner.clearly not great care on sun 16/11/2014.makes me wonder why she is a doctor!
