rang choc, was told would be rang back within the hour, was rang back within 20 mins and was seeing a doctor within the half hour of call. doctor was brilliant and very caring. lady on reception desk in cumberland infirmary was very helpful and with a lovely nature. could fault nothing about my visit. Thank you
