1, Antiviral Drug for COVID (guidelines not followed) needs to be given on day one for Cancer Patients, family member should not have to keep asking for this to be done and should not have to wait for 6 days for this to be given when its far too late.
2, Some Nurses too busy chatting at stations rather than answer buzzers, patients should not have to wait for 30mins for their call to be answered or to be given Morphine.
3, Doctors never available on weekends.
4, No Patient continuity, should not have to see about 30 different doctors over 11wks in hospital and all saying different diagnosis or treatment.
5, Doctors must not forget to write important details on patients records, this happened to a family member & they were not able to go to the Hospice because a Doctor forget to tell Palliative care or anyone else, because it was late Friday by the time this was noticed it was too late as palliative care do not work on weekends hence the family member died in hospital in pain.
6, A family member should not have to request a drive for their dying family member because they are being left in pain and then to be told they cant as its a weekend and there are no Doctors are available, this type of pain relief should be given no matter what.
7, Some Doctors / Junior Doctors had shocking bed side manners.
Disgusting and rude treatment by a nurse practitioner who was sent
To examine my daughter
Formal complaint is being made
I hope she is not sent to deal with children or elderly patients
My daughter has several illnesses which this woman was not aware of.
She told my daughter how people like her annoyed her
As she was in her opinion fit enough to travel to appointment at hospital
My daughter is currently coughing herself sick
Is unable to get any rest , has asthma and can hardly breathe.
Nurse told her she has a little cough
She doesn't require anything.
Very thorough!

Alice Murphy was extremely helpful! Dr Dodgeon was lovely and very helpful.
I was seen quite quickly.
Very good care received.
The manner in which I was spoken to both times on the phone was excellent, settling and reassuring. The receptionist in particular on the choc reception was of a lovely kind warm manner. Admission 8.45 April 18.
