Midwifes are lovely.
Midwife (Ruth) always very happy, very thorough at her job and has always had mine and the baby's best interest at heart.
Very cooperative and caring staff.
Child friendly and comfortable.
Everything is explained in detail and can ask as many questions as you like and always get an answer.
Midwife was very unprepared and did not fill us with confidence at each of our appointments.
Our antenatal classes were not sorted out until 28 weeks instead of 16 weeks.
.
The Red Team has been helpful throughout my first pregnancy. The midwives I have seen at St James Medical Practice have been friendly and have never made my appointments feel rushed. The staff on the Midwife Community Telephone have always called back and have been understanding and I have at no point been made to feel I am making a fuss about nothing, all concerns have been treated equally and any advice fully explained. I couldn't speak more highly of them.
