Excellent care, always listen's, very very happy.
My midwife, Debbie Hilton is very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable in her presence being able to ask her any questions. I am very happy with the antenatal care I have received from the yellow team of midwifes.
Having the same midwife through out my care. Given reassurance at each appointment. Care was provided at my local doctors in my village. Midwife contacted during 9-5 & always called back and given appropriate advice. Also attended the day assessment unit and recieved good care. No improvements I could suggest, thankyou.
Help & advice was good
Explained well & reassured.
Ease of making appointments. Speeds of referal to QE and additional tests where required. More regularly run ante natal classes would be an improvement - greater flexability of times to fit in with working parents.
My midwife.
Midwife made you feeling welcome and take the time to explain things to. They are there if you need anything. I didn't feel that the doctors cares. Made you feel like a number, and didnt explain anything. Doctors at the hospital need to take the time to explain thing!
Courteous & kind at all times. Even though the ward was hectic.
The only improvement would be the hospital food.
