I haven't been greatly impressed with my midwife Karen, She didn't seem to know much about anything and I had to ask things which I think should have been offered to me - just general information. Also, took my blood one day, didn't fill in the label properly which then meant I had to have 2 more occasions off work to drive back to Swaffham to have my blood taken again

Improvements - In the classes suggest more information regarding suitable bedding, cribs, cots etc, and how to dress a baby. Also there was never any instruction on breathing techniques during labour - I think this should be an essentail part of antenatal classes. Would lie to see some continuity with advice from midwives - when you encounter so many different midwives during the pregnancy if so confusing to get differing opinions from them all and I felt that much advise was personal opinion rather than a NHS policy on what should be offered. Good about care - never felt rushed and they always listened to everything you said. Like how regular you get to see the midwives
