I was listened to, respected and encouraged. Everything was explained to me without being patronised. Questions put to me were clear, and I was encouraged to have input and control in my own care and path to improvement. Everybody I have met has been very knowledgeable, professional, caring, kind, very involved, and seem to really want to make a difference to my life and situation. Tracey, Fred and Megan have been amazing, and working with Megan is an immense privilege, thank you so much.
Having had a negative experience seeking help from my GP, it was very refreshing to be heard and understood by the team and made a real difference to know I had support, particularly as Long Covid is a new and poorly understood and therefore a scary and isolating experience.
great work
I cannot fault the crisis team intervention. My daughter has total faith in the clinicians and doctor. This helps me as she was refusing to get help but they helped her trust services.
One of the few psychiatrist who prioritise the holistic needs of the parent, just just mental health! He listens and demonstrates that he really cares. He treated me with respect. He involved me in my care. A really good Dr currently working in crisis team. I wish he was still on Ruby ward then I know I would not have to suffer with physical health problems from antidepressant medication.
Excellent service, quick communication, fantastic support.

The staff are lovely
I don't want to be here and feel like I'm doing this just to make other people happy.
The staff were amazing and so kind, compassionate, gentle, patient... every good adjective!
