My child wanted to show her physio what she could do at the park,so I asked if we could do a session there and the physio was very supportive of that. She adapted her session to include time at the park and challenged my child to feel even more different things.

I spoke to an OT about my daughter and her referral to OT. I realised that referral needed to be for Physiotherapy and the OT explained how to do this. Jessica has ASD and I have been wanting to get a sensory assessment. The OT explained you can't provide these, but gave lots of very helpful advise and told me where to get help from the Oxford Autistic support. She was super helpful and took time to talk things through with me.

The 12 week paper took ages to do. I wish this could have been easier. I have been using the strategies for years sometimes they work and other times they don't. This was a bit frustrating.
