I felt safe
Heather and cally were so lovely and friendly
Perfect
It's generalised I didn't feel it was adapted to children's need especially ones who have special needs. Their was no supporting ideas of how to develope positive encouragement with a child to engage the play etc. A parent expressed their child won't allow play but their was no support on how to engage this. Don't feel we got anything from this.
The nurses that visit are very helpful, better than the doctors. They have provided very good care to me following my fall and cutting my arm. They are very kind
Pleasant staff
All the nurses that visit are very kind and listen to me, some are quieter than others, not that is a problem. They look after me very well
Very outstanding
Ruth Bayer and Helen Wakefield (OT's) very helpful in supporting an order for equipment for a child who is schooled in Aylesbury. Ensured consistency of home school equipment and timely ordering. I am very grateful to both Ruth and Helen.
Our daughter is being well looked after and the staff are very friendly and welcoming whenever we visit.
Tori made me feel at ease even with my anxiety. She listens to how I’m feeling and she involves me in all the decision making. She’s presented me with all the appropriate information and evidence to help me recover.
