Pt's wife gave feedback 'Nadine was very good, kind. He was on a new epilepsy drug and the consultant had said it was taking time to adjust with interactions from the other drugs. She advised on dropping water drugs and getting a DNR form sorted with the GP. Hes been up and down in his health but slowly seems to be improving.'

the staff always make me feel listened to and its clear they genuinely care a lot. I'm very thankful to have had at least one 1-2-1 per day and have found this level of support very helpful, and has allowed me to make progress i would never have made at home.
