Mel was great with my daughter and she did everything she could to engage and help her. Unfortunately my daughters problems were beyond the scope of short 121 online therapy So, whilst the individual care was good the waiting times and the step by step process is not as it means a long road. As I said this has nothing to do with the standard of care received from Mel it is simply that this was unlikely to work to resolve my daughters issues. Thank you

Time taken for initial engagement was both long and way beyond original waiting time given with no communication in between time. Some processes feel like a box tick before you can progress - this is my daughters opinion

I needed a polish on my teeth and didn’t want 10 seconds, heather was very kind and let me have only 5 seconds of the polishing, they were considerate to my request. It’s also my birthday tomorrow and they were very kind and generous to me

being able to see doctor and getting the right meds, had a support worker who was helpful and I saw her for 3 years.

To keep clients on at EI for longer than 3 years, it may be a long time for some but for me it was too short to deal with the psychosis I was suffering from.
