I had an appointment with Kasia in April. I talked to her about my slow heartbeat, which was picked up by my Apple watch. I also had breathing problems and ankle swelling. Kasia was concerned about my symptoms. I felt like I was listened to and taken seriously and no one else had listened to me before. She wrote a letter to my GP, since I had surgery in Basildon and now I have a pacemaker.I am so grateful for the care I received. I also had an appointment with a physiotherapist at the pain service who taught me slow breathing, which I found very helpful.

The procedure was fully explained to me beforehand and there is always a nurse in the room with me, monitoring the process.

I cannot put in words how much Deborah has helped me. She was so caring, compassionate, understanding and patient with me. She has made a huge impact on my healing journey and I am eternally grateful for this. My first session I walked into therapy very anxious and upset, to my last session walking out with a big smile upon my face. She helped me process a lot of different traumas in my head and I also learnt alot about myself too. Deborah is an absolute asset to your company and would highly recommend her.
