It gave me all the info that i needed to manage my diabetes. The lady that ran the course was great and no question felt like a silly question and if she didn't know the answer she found out the answer for the next week of the course.

Nothing that i can think of and its great that there is a follow up course in a years time.

I have a broken leg with metal plate that causes me no end of bother. Mental health issues being addressed by GPs

I found the medication review very imformative and helpful, I was hoping the zoom meeting with other patients about the pain management would have been more on a weekly/monthly thing as this could have been helpful to see how others cope and tips we could help each other with CBT has been fantastic and has helped immensely

Instead of just 1 physio appointment and your shown what to do it would have been nice to have a weekly one as having other issues it would have been nice to see if I was doing them right or remembered them properly …

Because that’s what’s wrong with me and I have heart disease but not chronic

I think at the end let us know that the nurse won’t be seeing me anymore, I felt I was left in limbo.
