I found the medication review very imformative and helpful, I was hoping the zoom meeting with other patients about the pain management would have been more on a weekly/monthly thing as this could have been helpful to see how others cope and tips we could help each other with CBT has been fantastic and has helped immensely

Instead of just 1 physio appointment and your shown what to do it would have been nice to have a weekly one as having other issues it would have been nice to see if I was doing them right or remembered them properly …
