Thank you to Wendy and Sharon , I have never felt so welcomed , these nurses are a true example of what good nursing looks like , kind , caring, non judgemental and efficient. Being HIV positive I always feel some anxiety when it comes to clinics and hospitals , but this was a very positive experience and I felt no shame for having the monkey pox jab. I was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you ladies
And the young girl on reception was warm and friendly too.

Everyone was very kind and clear.
I called up feeling really anxious about monkeypox and desperate to get a vaccine.
It took ages to get through but I was then offered an appointment that afternoon.
The reception staff were so friendly… and the nurses I saw were SO kind and reassuring.
You have a wonderful team there.
Thank you so much.
Nurse was very clear and sympathetic and sweet.
Friendly
The two nurses that saw me were amazing, friendly, caring and made the whole experience very positive.
I was also impressed with the waiting system, someone that had an appointment before mine turned up late but didn’t leap frog over me, I went in before them because I’d checked in on time.
I really liked the attitude of the nurses and felt very comfortable.
Staff were excellent! So kind and compassionate and made sure I was comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Thanks everyone
The nurses who administered my vaccine were so lovely and put me at ease instantly. Really friendly and welcoming.
