Survey from pt - she has been very impressed with all the nurses who come round to attend to her husband catheter and all the DNs have been absolutely brilliant, and the lady who did her blood test in September 2023 pt thought phleb was lovely. Have had wonderful care from DNs. Sometimes pt feels she has been stressed and sharp with DNs tries not to be.

The health visitor was kind and listened and made some great suggestions. I didn't feel judged. She was very positive.

The centre itself had a car park but wouldn't allow me to use it. There is no signs to indicate I wouldn't be able to. I only had the car seat and the rain was coming down hard. With a newborn this is just not acceptable. Some pre-warning so she wasn't wet on arrival and I wasn't struggling with the weight of the carrier. There were spaces in the car park, they just wouldn't allow me to use them. If I knew ahead of time about the parking situation I could have planned ahead better.

I have a broken leg with an external fixator. Because this device was fitted in Greece, the poppers that are fitted to the wires were not installed. This means my leg had to be covered in a patchwork of dressings to cover up the wounds. This was not an easy task. It goes without saying that the NHS up is under pressure and the community nurses I am sure are no exception. Every nurse who came in and changed my dressings, treated me with kindness, care understanding and empathy. I congratulate them all for providing me with this lifeline. I know there are other patients that they were seeing had higher priorities, but as soon as they came through our door, I knew I was their top priority at that moment, thank you all
