The young lady [name removed] who first visited me was an absolute treasure nothing was too much trouble. Now once in the system things moved at great pace I almost couldn't believe how quickly things moved. Thank you. I also had a visit from physio therapists who gave me a list of exercises to do. Also I have had safety equipment fitted om the stairs landing and shower cubicle. Everything moved at such a fast pace with lovely people. I couldn't be more impressed .Thank you so much I really feel cared for.


You were absolutely superb.

I was left on an A & E bed with my track-suit bottoms and underpants pulled down about my ankles with the privacy curtain left half-open at the entrance end - for 1.25 hours.


Provide privacy and address acute bladder pain, more readily.

[name removed] gave me the understanding of what was happening with my body, as well as the tools and confidence to tackle this condition. I don’t know what I would have done without it.


Some aspects seemed to too prolonged for me, but I guess everyone is coming at it differently.

Everyone was very helpful, and listened to our questions and concerns


It would have been helpful to meet the dietitian in person with our daughter, and discuss our concerns individually, especially with concerns with had with weaning generally.
