Everyone from the check in staff, porters, nurses, doctors, surgeon etc. were very professional, kind and considerate. The hospital is very clean and new and facilities very well adapted for patients. Food was excellent.

From the moment that I walked in 33 Grosvenor Place right up until I left, every member of the team was helpful and polite. The hospital was clean and well equipped and you felt as the patient at the heart of everything that was being done there.
