Everyone from the check in staff, porters, nurses, doctors, surgeon etc. were very professional, kind and considerate. The hospital is very clean and new and facilities very well adapted for patients. Food was excellent.
Mr Andrews responded to questions I had raised even before I came to the hospital and was reassuring throughout. He reported on the outcome of the operation very promptly and was positive in his diagnosis
Unfortunately I cannot remember specific names ..but the people that looked after me were:
a. the woman who checked me in when I arrived for the operation
b. the day and evening nurses who looked after me pre and post operation
c. the nurse who looked after me as I came out of the anaesthetic before returning to level 4
d.the physiotherapists who came both before and after the operation
e. the man who checked my bloods before the operation
f. the doctors who visited me on level 4 and anaesthetist and of course , Mr Barry Andrews the surgeon
